[Mac][Metal] Red edges appear when dragging a resizable Player Window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build the project (File->Build And Run)
3. Try resizing the built Player Window by dragging on the edge
Expected result: Window is resized normally
Actual result: Red edges appear when dragging
Reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.18f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b2, 2021.2.0a2

Resolution Note (fix version 2022.1):
Fixed in: 2022.1.0a7
Frame blit will now skip if the actual rendered space does not equal the drawable (which might occur while rapidly resizing) - this avoids red borders in Metal windows, and will instead briefly stretch the current contents of the window before updating.
