Holding Camera overlay Overscan slider doesn't continuously move towards value
How to reproduce:
# Create new project
# In Scene tab open Camera overlay setting dropdown
# Click somewhere in Overscan slider and keep holding
Expected result: Slider value keeps moving towards the clicked point. Observe how Overscan opacity slider works
Actual result: Slider moves once and stops
Reproduced with: 2023.2.0b17, 2023.3.0a13
