[macOS] DisplayInfo.workArea ignores changes to dock size at runtime
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("1354356.zip")
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Build and run on standalone
4. Try to change the MacOS dock size
Expected results: workArea debug information printed on screen reflects the changes
Actual results: workArea debug information doesn't respond to dock size changes at runtime
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a16, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a4
Couldn't test with older versions as MoveWindowAPI was introduced in 2021.2.016
Notes:
- workArea does react to changes at runtime on changing Taskbar location on screen while running the app on Windows
- workArea does exclude dock on launch, but then doesn't readjust it if dock size is changed while the app is running
