[Mac] Console window does not maintain focus when the status bar is repeatedly clicked to show the Console window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project and make sure the layout does not have a Console window docked anywhere (it must be closed)
2. Create a Script with an error
3. Repeatedly click the status bar on the bottom of the Editor where the Script error is shown
4. Observe the Console appearing for a split second and losing focus on mouse up
Expected result: the Console maintains focus as the status bar is clicked repeatedly
Actual result: the Console loses focus and may hide behind the Editor window
Reproducible with: 2019.3.5f1, 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0a15, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.19f1, 2019.3.4f1, 2020.1.0a14
Notes: reproducible in 2019.3.5f1-2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0a15-2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a1-2020.2.0a5
