[M1] WebGL build stop showing scene when external monitor is disconnected
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Connect an external monitor
3. Go to File > Build and Run
4. Drag the browser window to your external monitor
5. Wait for a few seconds and Disconnect the external monitor from the machine
Expected result: WebGL build is still running
Actual result: WebGL build doesn’t show any view
Reproducible with: 2021.3.12f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.13f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.41f1 (no Silicon Editor), 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b15, 2023.1.0a19 (build gets stuck while loading)
Reproducible on: MacOS 13.0 (M1)
