[M1][URP] URP project build fails on an Apple Silicon Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project from URP Core 3D Template
2. Build the project
Expected result: Project is build
Actual result: Project Build fails
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a8, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0a6
Could not test with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.28f1 (no native Silicon editor), 2022.1.0a7 (Compiler errors, can't build)
