[M1] Services and Asset store windows are blank/black
Reproduction steps:
1. Open a new project
2. Open Services window
Expected result: Services window shows its components
Actual result: Services window is black
Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a15, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.2f1, 2022.2.0a15
Reproducible on: macOS 12.4-beta (M1)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS 11.6 (M1), macOS 12.4 (Intel)
