[LWRP] When SRP Settings are set to LWRP and "Debug.DrawLine" overlaps with the Scene Grid, the lines are rendered lighter
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "MinimalRepro.zip" project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Notice the Blue Triangle
4. Set the SRP Settings to use "LightweightAsset"
5. Notice the Blue Triangles bottom square sides are lighter than before
Expected Result: "Debug.DrawLine" lines don't change color if overlapping with the Gridlines
Actual Result: "Debug.DrawLine" lines change color (Become Lighter) if overlapping with the Gridlines
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a6, 2019.1.0b5, 2018.3.7f1
Did not reproduce on: 2017.4.21f1
