[LWRP] Terrain paint brush highlighter is missing when using the Light Weight Render Pipeline
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new LWRP Project
2. Create a Terrain and click on the Paint mode
3. Click on any of the Painting Brushes and Highlight the Terrain with your mouse
Expected result: The Brush Area highlighter is visible on the position of the mouse
Actual result: The highlighter is missing
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0b9, 2018.2.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2018.1.5f1
Couldn't test with: 2018.3.0a2, 2018.2.0a6
