[LWRP] Switching Color space from Gamma to Linear gives very bright lights
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Unity Hub and create a new LWRP template project
2) Update LWRP package to 5.7.2 in the Package Manager
Note: If you experience black/grey screens, reimport all assets as a workaround (this is another bug)
3) Switch Color Space to Gamma
Wait for light baking
4) Switch Color Space back to Linear
Wait for light baking
Observe: Super bright lights
Expected result: Not so bright lights (check attached image "expected.png")
Actual result: Very bright lights after changing the Color Space (check attached image "actual.png")
Reproduced with:
2019.1.0b3, 2019.1.0b5, 2019.1.0b6, 2019.2.0a8, 2019.3.0f2
LWRP package: 5.3.1, 5.7.2, 7.1.6
Workaround: Press on Play button
