[LWRP] Realtime directional light shadow maps exhibit artifacts
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project and open the SampleScene
2. Begin moving the camera around in the scene viewport
3. Notice that the realtime shadows exhibit shadow map artificats
Notes:
- Only affects realtime directional light shadows
- Issue is especially prevalent on meshes with a large surface area
- The issue has been mitigated to some degree in LWRP 3.3.0 but shadow acne is still visible
- Switching to Hard Shadows and tweaking bias settings can improve the results
- Does not reproduce in the built-in render pipeline
