[XR][Oculus Go][URP] UI elements not rendered if Anti Aliasing (MSAA) and Opaque Texture is used in URP Graphics Settings
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Updated1148313"
2. Build to Oculus GO
3. Launch application
Result - Observe that UI elements at the right side are not rendered
Reproducible with - 2019.3.0a3, 2019.2.0a1
Tested and reproduced with LWRP 5.2.3 and 6.5.3
