[LWRP] [Mobile] Baked reflections when Android platform is selected are way too bright
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Unity Hub and create a new project with LWRP template
3) Switch platform to Android in the Build Settings
4) Wait till Lights and Reflection probes finish to bake
Observe: Way too bright reflections in the scene (check attached image "tooBright.png")
