[LWRP] Lightmaps of dynamically instantiated prefabs are broken in Player
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open SampleScene
3. Enter Play mode and take note how the baked scene looks (PlayMode.png)
4. Build and run Standalone Player
5. Notice that the lightmap is broken (Player.png)
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0f1, 2019.1.0a12, 2020.1.0a12
Could not reproduce with 2018.2.20f1 due to package errors
Tested package versions: (2.0.5 and earlier can't be tested due to package errors) 2.0.6, 4.6.0, 5.2.3, 7.1.1, 8.0.0

Every few months we look at bugs which we have not had the opportunity to fix yet. We try to be as diligent as we can and want to prioritize bugs that are causing issues with shipping and frequent pain points in day to day works. To ensure we are targeting the most important bugs we regularly close out older bugs that have not reached this threshold over the past months. The bug you have currently raised has not met this threshold for fixing over the last few months.
