[LWRP] Cascade shadows + Soft shadows gives a shadow blob in the scene
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) Go to Scene view and zoom in and out camera's view
Note: A shadow blob will appear in the scene (check attached video "repro.mp4"
Expected result: No shadow blob in the scene
