[LWRP] Camera with target render texture does not respect transparent background color in Player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2a. Build for iOS and deploy the Xcode project to an iOS device
2b. Build and run for macOS or Windows Standalone
Expected: The background is black
Actual: Half of the background is white (see the screenshot attached in the Edit section)
