[LWRP] Baked GI visualization modes for scene view are broken when LWRP is enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project with the LWRP template
- Update LWRP to latest if necessary, but this is reproducible on any
2. Change view mode in scene tab to any of the Bake GI mode
Expected result: scene view corresponds to the mode selected
Actual result: scene view is completely mismatched to what the mode is supposed to display
Reproduced on 2018.3.0b4, 2018.3.0b10, 2019.3.0a8
Not reproduced on 2018.2.15f1, 2018.3.0b3
