Low quality font when using chinese Editor language
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In the Editors toolbar, press "Edit" > "Preferences"
3. Select the "Languages" tab in the "Preferences" window
4. Change the Editor language setting to Chinese
Expected result: Text in the Editor does not drop in quality
Actual result: Text in the Editor drops in quality
Reproduces on: 2018.4.21f1, 2019.3.10f1, 2020.1.0b5
Could not test with: 2017.4, 2020.2 (No Chinese language pack available)
