"Low Frequency Normal" attribute text box in the "Fragment" Node is out of bounds
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project
2. Create a Water Shader Graph (Create -> Shader Graph -> HDRP -> Water Shader Graph)
3. Observe the "Fragment" node and "Low Frequency Normal" attribute in it
Expected results: The text box is not out of bounds
Actual results: The text box is out of bounds
Reproducible with: 2022.3.38f1, 6000.0.11f1
Can't test with: 2021.3.40f1 (No Water Shader Graph)
Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

We're reviewing our UI/UX implementation and should address this issue in a future version through a larger overhaul.
