Look Dev window constantly flashes white or causes a crash when using the Personal Theme
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Make sure Unity is using the Personal theme (Edit > Preferences > General > Editor Theme)
3. Go to Window > Render Pipeline >Look Dev
Expected result: The window opens without any issues
Actual result: Window flashes white and cannot be closed or causes a crash
Reproducible with: 2019.4.1f1, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1
Reproducible with package versions: 7.4.1, 8.1.0, 9.0.0-preview.13
Not reproducible with package versions: 7.3.1
Note:
The flashing prevents the use of the Menu Bar.
The issue is not reproducible with the Professional theme
