Long project name is displayed as cutoff in "Command line arguments"
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install one Unity versions;
2. Create a project with max length title;
3. Go to "Projects" and from meat ball menu next to the project select "Add command line arguments";
2. Observe Hub's "Command line arguments" window.
Expected result: Title should be displayed in the same way as it is in "Installs" window. Long title should be displayed in the same way in all the windows.
Actual result: Long project name is displayed as cutoff.
Reproducible with: 3.4.0-beta.1, 3.3.0.
