LOD Group Component Meshes do not change when the Scene view is closed
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “LOD_Bug” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Select the “2 by 3” Editor Layout
4. Enable the “LODTest” Sub Scene in Hierarchy
5. Enter Play Mode and observe the Game view
6. Exit Play Mode and close Scene view
7. Enter Play Mode again and observe the Game view
Expected result: the Sphere GameObject turns into a Cube GameObject
Actual result: the Sphere GameObject does not turn into a Cube GameObject
Reproduced with: 2022.3.1f1, 2023.1.0b20, 2023.2.0a18
Not reproduced with: 2021.3.27f1 (Project depends on the Entities Graphics Package which is not supported)
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (by reporter), Windows 11
Notes:
1. Reproducible in Player
2. Could not reproduce in Player with 2023.1.0b20 → Player silently crashes

This issue is not Editor specific issue.
It also means LOD Group never works in Player!
