[LOD] Enabling multiple LOD Group elements won't display them until reselected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "repro"
3. In hierarchy, expand GameObject and multi-select Cube and Capsule
4. Notice that both of them are rendered
5. Disable both of them and then deselect them
6. In hierarchy, click on Cube and then ctrl+click on Capsule
7. In inspector, enable these objects
8. Notice that Cube is rendered as expected and only the wareframe of Capsule is visible
Expected result: Capsule is visible right after enabling it
Workaround: Reselect GameObject after enabling it
Reproduced with: 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4f1, 5.3.4p4, 5.4.0b16
