Live Profiler Timeline keeps losing frame data while hovering other Profiler UI elements
How to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open Profiler and enable Live Timeline
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Hover mouse over any Profiler buttons or other elements that change mouse cursor
Expected result: Timeline window keeps consistently showing newest frame data
Actual result: moving mouse over the elements frame data is lost and Timeline keeps flashing like Live is turned off
Reproduced with: 2021.1.0a10, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a10
Does not reproduce with: 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.0a9
Notes:
- Reproduced with MacOS 11.6 and Win10
- Might be layout specific as it doesn't reproduce when the Profiler is docked in place of the Project window, but does reproduce when it's docked in place of Game View
