Live Profiler Timeline keeps losing frame data while scrolling inside Profiler window
How to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open Profiler and enable Live Timeline
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Scroll anywhere in Profiler window
Expected result: Timeline window keeps consistently showing newest frame data
Actual result: during scrolling frame data is lost and Timeline keeps flashing like Live is turned off
Reproduced with: 2021.2.0a10, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a10
Does not reproduce with: 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0a9
Notes: Reproduced with MacOS 11.6 and Win10
