ListView showBoundCollectionSize generates out of bound index for BindItem
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user-submitted project
2. Press on "test" Asset in the Assets folder
3. Scroll all the way down in the inspector
Expected result: There is no error shown
Actual result: "Retrieving array element that was out of bounds" Error is shown.
Reproducible with: 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.5f1, 2022.1.0b1
Could not test with: 2019.4.33f1 (Compilation errors)
