How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-88204” project
2. From the Project window, open the “test” Input Actions
3. Expand all the Actions (from “a” to “e”) by pressing the “>” button to see the list of bindings
4. Select any binding from any Action
5. Press CTRL+D to duplicate it
6. Save the Input Actions (CTRL+S) and observe the result

Not reproducible in: 1.8.0-pre.2 (2022.3.47f1), 1.11.2 (2021.3.45f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: Not reproducible using Input System 1.11.2 in 2021.3.45f1 as it uses a different interface
