Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Repro.zip” project
2. Open the “Assets/Repro.inputactions” Input Actions Asset
3. Expand the “Test” Action
4. Select the Binding and press on the “Path” DropDown field in the Binding Properties section
5. Observe the top part of DropDown

Expected result: Listen button and the search field are clearly visible
Actual result: Listen button and the search field are obscured

Reproducible with: 1.5.1, 1.6.1 (2022.3.1f1, 2022.3.3f1, 2023.1.1f1, 2023.2.0a20)
Not reproducible with: 1.5.1, 1.6.1 (2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.0f1)
