[Linux, Mac] VR Template is available in Hub on Linux and Mac despite OpenXR not being supported
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new VR Template project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe Console window (if no error, observe Window -> XR -> OpenXR -> Project Validation)
Expected result: No errors
Actual result: "The only standalone target supported is Windows x64 with OpenXR. Other architectures and operating systems are not supported at this time." error
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.1f1, 2022.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.2.0a17
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 18.04, macOS
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
