[Linux] Trying to switch to Scene from Game Window while in Play Mode instead maximizes the Game Window
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Try switching to the Scene Window tab
Actual: Game Window is maximized
Expected: The Scene Window tab becomes visible
Reproducible with: 2021.2.14f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.2.0a1, 2022.2.0a7
Doesn't reproduce with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.13f1, 2022.1.0b15
