[Linux] Tooltips stay on screen when Editor window has been minimized
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Navigate to Console window and hover on 'Editor' tab until it shows a tooltip
3. Quickly minimize the Editor
Expected results: The tooltip vanishes as the Editor has been minimized
Actual results: The tooltip stays on screen and looks absolutely out of place
Reproducible with: 2018.3.14f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a13
2017.4 LTS does not show tooltips.
Note: The tooltip disappears quite quickly if it is not hovered on so for reproduction, the editor has to be minimized even quicker.
