[Linux] The Project name does not take non-western character.
Example:

Repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Try to copy-paste one of the name into the project name field.
3. (optional) Type non-western character directly into the field, and only English letter shows up.
Expected: The project name can be named with non-western characters.
