[Linux] texturing & font issues
-e: game has texture issues when run on Linux, works on other platforms
-repro:
--build linked project for (see below, only need to build scenes up to level 2)
--run on Linux
--skip intro to get to 1st level
--NOTICE the guys textures being broken (see attached screenshot, the red stuff)
--click some item like the postit note next to the door
--NOTICE the find rendering being broken too (see attached screenshot, the white stuff)

- [HDRP] Game view renders artifacts when Camera's Component "Post Anti-aliasing" is set to "TAA" and Dynamic Resolution's "Forced Screen Percentage" is changed
- A deactivated Prefab's name color becomes white when a GameObject in the scene is deactivated
- The Game view becomes blank when using Frame Debugger with MSAA and Texture binding enabled in Play Mode
