[Linux] SystemInfo.batteryStatus/SystemInfo.batteryLevel doesn't work on a Linux Laptop
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-17634.zip” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe Console Window
Expected result: SystemInfo.batteryStatus and SystemInfo.batteryLevel returns laptop battery data
Actual result: SystemInfo.batteryStatus returns Unknown and SystemInfo.batteryLevel returns -1
Reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.19f1, 2022.2.0b9, 2023.1.0a13
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 20.0.4
Not reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro 21H2
