linux standalone builds fail to start
-e: all standalone builds (x86 & x86_64) fail to start up
--works fine in 4.5.5p3 with the same projects
-repro
--build a linux standlone
--run the build with -logfile
--NOTICE it doesn't start after you OK the screen selector
--notice "Failed to initialize graphics" in logfile

This problem started with me in all my project since I update to 5.3.
In Unity 5.3 not even a empty scene in a empty project its working on Linux 14.04 64-bit. And yes, i'm building a 64-bit.
Please that a look in that Unity!!!!!
