Setting pivot on 2D element in Rect Transform when using Shift to pick Anchor preset doesn't work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new or an existing project
2. Create a new Button GO (right-click in Hierarchy -> UI -> Button - TextMeshPro)
3. Select the created Button GO in Hierarchy
4. Focus it by double clicking so it would be visible in the scene and make sure you see the Move Tool Gizmo (shows the pivot position)
5. Open Anchor preset menu from Rect Transform component
6. While holding "Shift" try to select different Anchor presets
Expected result: Pivot position is changed accordingly (can see it changing by the Gizmo position change)
Actual result: Pivot position stays in the center of the GO
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a2
Notes:
- Reproducible with Linux and Windows
- Not reproducible on Mac
