[Linux] Probuilder options are being hovered on revealing tooltips when hovering on areas next to Probuilder window
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ('1133207rep.zip')
2. Open 'scene' (Assets -> scene)
3. Move the mouse around in the Hierarchy or the Scene window
Expected results: Nothing happens as the mouse hovers over nothing
Actual results: Probuilder options are being hovered on as if the cursor was offset a bit to the Probuilder window's placement, showing tooltips and brief black flashes
Reproduced with: 2017.4.24f1 2018.3.10f1, 2019.1.0b9, 2019.2.0a9
Note: Probuilder 4.0.4 breaks in most versions, use 4.0.3 to reproduce. Also, earlier versions might not support later Probuilder versions. To reproduce on earlier versions, use earlier Probuilder versions.
