[Linux][PlasticSCM] Dialog window is offset when checking in chances
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Log in to PlasticSCM
3. Create a Workspace
4. Click “Checkin Changes”
5. Observe the opened dialog window
Expected result: The dialog window appears without any offset.
Actual result: The dialog window is displayed with an offset.
Reproducible with: 2.0.1 (2021.3.15f1, 2021.3.19f1)
Not reproducible with: 2.0.1 (2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.14f1, 2022.2.13f1, 2023.1.0b10, 2023.2.0a8)
Fixed in: 2021.3.20f1
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 22.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
