[Linux][Plastic SCM] "Access Denied" error when downloading Plastic SCM Cloud Edition through the Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Click Window > Unity Version Control
3. Login or Sign Up
4. Create a new Workspace
5. Select all items
6. Click ‘Checkin changes'
7. Click ‘Change sets’
8. Double-click any commit
9. In the opened modal window, click ‘Download Cloud Edition’
Expected result: Plastic SCM Cloud Edition is downloaded and installed
Actual result: Error “Access Denied” shows up in the modal window
Reproducible with: 2.0.4 (2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.1f1, 2023.1.0b20, 2023.2.0a18)
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 22.10
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
