[Linux] Package title and description aren't clearly seen in the PM on Ubuntu 18.04
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the Package Manager
3. Select a package from the available
4. Observe its details
Expected: Everything is seen clearly
Actual: The title and description are cropped out
Reproducible with: 2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.0f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.18f1, 2022.1.0b14, 2022.2.0a9

Resolution Note (2021.3.X):
Our testing indicates that this only occurs when using the Unity Editor on a VM without 3D graphics acceleration. On Unity 2022.2, the visual impact is very minor in this case. Given other priorities for the engineering team, this is an issue that we won't be able to fix.
