[Linux] Menu hotkeys only work after opening the menu at least once
To reproduce:
1) Create new project
2) Select any object
3) Try Shift+Alt+A
Expected: Object gets enabled/disabled
Actual: Nothing happens.
Workaround: Open GameObject menu in top menu bar and close it. Now the hotkeys work until you switch scenes/close and reopen editor/other actions
Reproduced in 2017.4.9f1, 2018.2.10f1
