[Linux Hub] A new instance of the Hub does not have a Taskbar icon
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
Expected results: Hub appears on the Taskbar with Unity's logo on it
Actual results: Hub appears on the Taskbar with a missing icon
Reproducible with Hub 2.1.3
Notes:
- This is true for all windows that the Hub can show (Main window and Hub's Bug Reporter)
- Unity Hub itself has a Taskbar icon if added to favorites, but when clicked on, a separate instance appears with no icon
