[Linux] FSBTool is crashing in the vorbis encoder when trying to import specific mp3 files resulting in failed import
How to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Download the attached '1.mp3' file and drag it into the project window
Expected results: Audio file is successfully imported
Actual results: Error while importing, audio file not recognized
Reproducible with: 2017.4.26f1, 2018.3.14f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.0f1
Can't test with pre-2017.4.24f1 versions due to missing installers.
Full import error:
Unspecified error during import of AudioClip Assets/1.mp3
UnityEditorInternal.InternalEditorUtility:ProjectWindowDrag(HierarchyProperty, Boolean)
UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent(Int32, IntPtr)

The big green text at the top is wrong - it's fixed in 2020.2 as mentioned in the resolution note below, not 2020.1
