[Linux][Editor] When drag a un-docked window by the tab, a system notification pops out.
When drag an un-docked window, such as Hirearchy, Inspector, ect., by its tab, a system notification pops out saying """ is ready."
Repro:
1. Open Linux Editor with new or existing project
2. Un-dock one of the windows/tabs
3. Drag the un-docked window by its tab
4. Observe the pop-out notification.
