[Linux Editor] Unity fails to launch if installation path contains non-English characters
Prerequisites:
Any Unity version installed on the Linux machine
Steps to reproduce:
1. Rename the Unity's installation folder to a non-latin one.
For example: from "unity-editor-2017.2.0f1" to "프로그램"
2. Launch Unity
Result: Launcher screen is gray, Editor log contains nonsensible path and errors:
