Linux Editor tooltips appear in the same location and of the same size as the first one if shown consecutively one after another
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. In the Hierarchy window select the "Directional Light" Game Object
3. Highlight a few "Light" component's property names, one after another, long enough for tooltips to appear
4. Notice the size, location, and content of the tooltip
Expected result: the tooltip appears near the property name that the cursor is hovering over, and is sized to fit its contents
Actual result: the tooltip stays in the first location it appeared and doesn't resize when the amount of text in it changes
Reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.7f1, 2020.2.0b5
Notes:
1. Reproducible on Ubuntu 18.04
2. Not reproducible on Windows 10
