How to reproduce:
1. Open new Unity project
2. Go to asset store and import SteamVR package
3. SteamVR setting will pop up select "ignore" for target build option and select "Use recommended" for fullscreen option, after that close SteamVR settings window
4. Navigate to Project view -> SteamVR -> Prefabs
5. From there drag [CameraRig] prefab into the scene
6. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2017.1.2f1, 2017.2.1f1, 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.6f1, 2018.2.0f2
