[Linux editor] Can't resize undocked windows
-e: see title. if they are docked inside the editor resizing works fine
--maybe a regression with Ubuntu, since it spans over all versions 2017.4 -2018.3 and worked on at least the old ones previously
-repro:
--open Linux editor
--undock any window from the editor
--try to resize the undocked window by either its 4 sides or corners
--NOTICE you don't get the resize option offered when mousing over the sides or corners
