[Ubuntu] Crash reporter window layout items get truncated and layered over each other when using display scaling
Steps to reproduce:
0. Make sure to use display scaling on OS (Settings -> Displays -> Set Scale to 200%)
1. Open the attached project
2. Enter Play mode in "SampleScene"
3. Observe the Crash Reporter window
Expected results: All buttons are fully visible, text and icons are not truncated
Actual results: Buttons along with text and the unity logo are truncated
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2021.2.0a5, 2021.2.19f1, 2022.1.0b15, 2022.2.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0b3 (last version in trunk that was branched to 2020.2/staging), 2020.3.32f1
Cannot test with: 2021.1.0a1-2021.2.0a4 silent crashes, no crash reporter window opened
Notes:
- The window is not resizeable, so there's no way to view it normally as well
- 2021.2.0a18 is where the newer layout of the crash reporter window was introduced
- Reproducible with Ubuntu 18.04, Ubuntu 20.04
- Not reproducible on Mac, Windows, CentOS
