[Linux] Builds with custom cursor also display system cursor if the builds are generated in Windows
When building a Linux standalone build from Windows, if a custom cursor is used, the default system cursor is visible as well.
Reproduced on:
5.6.0b9, 5.5.2f1
Did not reproeduce:
2017.1.0a4, 5.6.0f1
